The wish to keep forever smells and tastes of childhood and irresistible love for the burek, established in the early 60's, was the primary driver of today and the idea of creation of unique and modern Uzice's bakery "BLUE MOON".
By using old recipes, using quality raw materials and skilled hands of Uzice's best bakers, the traditional way of making hand-made crust, we made burek, pies and famous Uzice's "kit buns" (buns with all) - products in which all of your senses enjoy!
Bakery "BLUE MOON" was established in 1994. and in their range has 16 kinds of products. There are three more stores, one of them works 24 hours a day from the first day of existence. Bakery "BLUE MOON" employs 20 people.
The whole range of bakery "BLUE MOON" was produced and controlled to the highest standards, using the HACCP system, which is on from 10th of April 2009. year.
Originaly: Komplet lepinja! This is a traditional product, characteristic for Uzice city. What makes all the "Kit buns"? Bun, which into you put Uzice's kajmak (cream), which is a milk product, typical for this region of Serbia. In a bun with the cream we add an egg. All mix and put into the oven to roast. After a few minutes of baking, in the bun we add pretop - the product which is also characteristic of the Uzice's landscape. Pretop is a warm fat supplied in the process of lamb and pork roast, in the traditional way. Pretop gives the "thing", a unique set of taste of Uzice's kit buns.
